  1.    This option allows you to list the registration details of a tutor
  2. group. It produces a screen full of students and because of the way
  3. the software works is limited to a maximum of 30 students in a tutor
  4. group. If you need to have bigger groups, the rest of the program will
  5. work but this option may miss some students from its display.
  6.    Across the top of the screen +D etc provide a way of viewing
  7. different periods of the register. Clicking on +D with the left button
  8. moves the display on a day, + a month etc. The term options will move
  9. you approximately to the middle of the term you select. Using the
  10. middle button on +/-D moves a couple of days, the right button
  11. several. The name of the month is displayed at the far right and where
  12. there is data from more than one month on the screen the data below
  13. the month name is associated with that month. The print option will
  14. provide a screen dump of the data using Acorn's Hardcopy module which
  15. is also on your welcome disc. You can only view from this screen and
  16. editing should be done via the individual option or page by group.
